VIDRAFT (Aether PharmaOS) structure-only heterogeneous ensemble: gradient-boosted trees (XGBoost/RF/ExtraTrees/HistGB) blended with TabPFN over molecular fingerprints, physicochemical descriptors, and pretrained molecular-language-model embeddings. Trained on the official pkis2 EGFR train split; hidden test scored blindly by Polaris. No phenomics / cell-painting / assay data.
